Love Day Photography’s main photographer is myself (Viv Townsend). I love being a wedding photographer, being around happy people; great places; having fun taking beautiful photographs. I generally work with a female assistant/ second photographer who helps ensure everything runs smoothly. She also covers more intimate moments such as the bride getting ready. We will take a selection of formal and informal photographs, we promise to capture the spirit of your special day; all the emotion; all the fun and the love.
Love Day Photography were delighted to be awarded Devon and Cornwall Wedding Photographer 2013 at the Westcountry Wedding Awards. The Westcountry Wedding Awards recognise businesses that provide outstanding service to their wedding couples. We were overwhelmed with the kind feedback from our past wedding couples.
I am a member of The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers, and follow the Rules and Code of Conduct of the ‘Society’. Please click below on the gallery to see more of our images or read my light hearted blog and to find out more about us and our photography.
We put a lot of care into ensuring your experience of working with us is both fun and professional. We will keep in touch on the lead up to your wedding; including meeting up to chat about your day at the venue.
On the day we will take images of all the little details and all the big moments. We will help out if your dad needs a hand tying his cravat; be the loud voice to organise family/friends for your group shots; and we also know when to fade away, and capture everyone enjoying the day.
After the day, we will take the time to edit your photographs, these are then uploaded onto a private online gallery for you to view. We will also send you a USB card containing all the digital images (high quality, non-watermarked with unlimited reproduction rights).
If you have chosen to order an album or storybook, we will ask you to select a number of images, and we will design a beautiful album that tells the story of your day.
(Love Day Photography are covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. We would always recommend that the client also takes out the appropriate level of Wedding Insurance.)
